Our family of four adults and two young children is planning a five-week adventure in the Yukon and Alaska, beginning in early July. Our itinerary includes a classic eight-day loop from Whitehorse to Dawson City, offering a breathtaking blend of wilderness, history, and Northern charm.

Our journey will kick off in Whitehorse, the gateway to the Yukon. From there, we'll embark on a scenic drive along the Klondike Highway, passing through picturesque towns and stunning mountain landscapes. We'll navigate the challenging Dempster Highway, reaching the Arctic Circle and experiencing the vibrant culture of Inuvik. The adventure continues as we return to Whitehorse via the scenic Top of the World Highway.
Along the way, we'll explore the historic Klondike Gold Rush Trail, pan for gold, and immerse ourselves in the rich indigenous culture. Our journey will culminate in Dawson City, a living piece of the Yukon's gold rush past. This unforgettable adventure promises a lifetime of memories and a profound connection to the rugged beauty of the North.
