During a parking lot party for the Chicago Bears game, Casey Jesse receives a distress call and they force entry into a house only to find two dead bodies inside. Ambulance 61 is on the scene and discovers that a rare but deadly bacteria is taking its toll on the city.
In the first part of a three-show crossover event, Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, and Chicago P.D. team up to investigate the outbreak and find a cure before it's too late.
