Audax Private Equity Closes $5.25 Billion Fund
Flagship Fund to Invest in North American Middle-Market Companies

Audax Private Equity, a leading alternative investment manager, today announced the final closing of its seventh flagship fund, Audax Private Equity Fund VII (Fund VII), with total capital commitments of $5.25 billion, exceeding its target of $4.75 billion. In addition, Audax's executive team committed an additional $1.5 billion of capital.
Fund VII will continue Audax's strategy of investing in North American middle-market companies. The fund will target control investments in businesses with enterprise values of $250 million to $1.5 billion that are leaders in their respective industries and have strong growth potential.
